We hope you'll join us at 1 pm on June 22 for our quarterly Peace Corps Partnership luncheon, at the Ashoka Indian Restaurant, 295 NW 82nd Avenue, Miami, voted three years in a row (Miami New Times) as Miami's Best Indian Restaurant! We'll enjoy a delicious meal consisting of vegetable Samosa appetizers, chicken tikka masala, paneer tikka masala, rice, butter naan, garlic naan, and a rice pudding dessert, all for just $35 per person, including service charge and taxes (drinks, other than water, are not included).
We've included an additional $10 per person, to be matched by RPCVSF, and donated toward a Peace Corps Partnership Project, to be selected from among several options by all in attendance at the luncheon.
And, we'll be treated to a presentation by our own Joel Heinen who will describe a special project that he and his FIU grad students are working on!
Finally, it will be a chance to meet and converse with other fellow RPCVs. Come one, come all, and bring a guest (or guests), if you wish.
If you're convinced you can't miss this tantalizing event, PLEASE REGISTER so we'll be able to give the restaurant an accurate count.
Thank you, and we'll see you on the 22nd!
