Please plan to attend our
Annual Meeting of the Membership of RPCVSF. We'll meet for a catered lunch and good company with dozens of RPCVs, hear an update from Peace Corps about the new application process, and share news about our RPCVSF programs. You also can visit our Fair Trade Market.
Our featured guest speaker for the event is Dr. Barth Green, founder of Project Medishare for Haiti.
Dr. Green is a very popular speaker and his remarkable career will be a source of inspiration. We'll hold a silent auction during lunch which will allow you to support the good work of this great organization. One of the featured items is a "patron package" set of tickets to the very-popular Summer Concert Series at Coral Gables Congregational Church, six concerts featuring great jazz and classical artists.
At our Membership Event you'll also have the opportunity to purchase an autographed copy of RPCV Carolyn Klepser's newest book: Lost Miami Beach, for just $15, including sales tax. And brand new Kenya RPCV Stacy Lee will be selling several pieces of art by Kenyan artists:
Our silent auction will include subscriptions to Foreign Affairs and Foreign Policy magazines,
a half-price massage, copies of autographed books by RPCV authors, and more! All proceeds from the Silent Auction will support Project Medishare.
This event is family friendly, and your ticket price includes free entry to the International Game Fish Association Fishing Hall of Fame museum's exhibits - there'll be activities for adults and kids, too!
The location has free parking, and is adjacent to a Tri-Rail train station. If you want to stay for the weekend, there are hotels a few blocks away. For details about the location, visit:

And, of course, at our Annual Meeting we'll elect and swear-in the members who will serve on our Board of Directors for the next twelve months.
