As you may have read online or in the Herald or seen on the PBS NewsHour, Bernard Fils-Aime was one of the now over 300,000 victims of COVID. He was integrally involved and very dedicated to HELP (Haitian Education and Leadership Program). (You may remember his speaking with us at a HELP event a few years back?) RPCVSF has been a consistent supporter of HELP (primarily via Fair Trade Market profits) for more than a decade. To honor Bernard, HELP established a Bernard Fils-Aime Memorial Scholarship Fund. To date, three 5-year scholarships have been fully funded and they are very close to funding a fourth. In this interactive event we will meet these three scholars! Here is the link to register:
